Shipping policy
Free Standard Shipping in Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all parts and accessories shipped within Canada. No minimum order, no thresholds — if you're buying parts for your CFMOTO, Polaris, Can-Am, or any other ride, we cover the freight.
Order Processing & Delivery
Most orders are processed within 2 business days of payment. Shipping lead times depend on stock:
- In-stock items: typically ship in 3–5 business days
- Thumper Fab made-to-order parts (powder-coated bumpers, custom-color racks, etc.): typically 2–3 weeks from order
- Backordered items: we'll email you within 24 hours of order if anything is delayed
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx Canada — whichever carrier gets your part to you fastest and intact.
Free Shipping Exceptions
Free shipping applies to standard parcel shipments to most Canadian addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:
- Oversized or freight-only items — full roll cages, large multi-piece roof racks, oversized tires, and other items requiring LTL (less-than-truckload) freight service
- Remote destinations — Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and remote/fly-in communities in northern BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario
- PO Box, military, or marine addresses where carriers apply surcharges
- Expedited, priority, or same-day shipping on customer request
For any of these scenarios, we'll contact you before processing the order with a shipping quote. You can confirm to proceed or cancel for a full refund if the additional cost doesn't work for you. No surprises at checkout.
International Orders
We currently ship within Canada only. If you're outside Canada and want to order, give us a call — we may be able to arrange custom shipping or refer you to a local Thumper Fab dealer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Save the original packaging and take photos of any damage — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace your item or refund your order.
Returns
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product. See our Refund Policy for full return details.
