Credit pull authorization
When you submit a finance application, you authorize Dirty Birdy Powersports and the lender(s) we forward your application to (including but not limited to TD Auto Finance, Santander, and other Canadian powersports lenders we partner with) to obtain a consumer credit report from one or more credit bureaus (Equifax Canada or TransUnion Canada) to evaluate your creditworthiness. This may result in a hard inquiry on your credit report, which may affect your credit score.
You may withdraw this authorization at any time before submission. Once submitted, the authorization remains in effect for the duration of the credit application process.
Electronic signature & records consent (E-Sign)
By submitting the finance application form, you agree to use electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with this application. Your electronic submission constitutes your signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial e-commerce legislation.
You may request paper copies of any record provided electronically by contacting us at hello@dirtybirdy.ca. You may withdraw consent to receive records electronically at any time, but doing so will prevent us from processing your application electronically.

Retention
We retain your encrypted application data for the period required by applicable law (typically 7 years for credit-related records under Canadian regulatory requirements). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@dirtybirdy.ca.
